Our client in Fair Oaks is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis (4-6 weeks). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diving into invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring smooth financial operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

? Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments

? Reconciling statements and resolving any discrepancies

? Maintaining accurate financial records

? Assisting with month-end close and reporting

? Communicating with vendors and internal teams

What You Bring to the Table:

?? 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience

?? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

?? Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar a plus!)

?? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

?? A positive attitude and a knack for problem-solving
